Odin is a 3-year-old handsome guy with a calm, confident way about him. He is not the type to climb into your lap and demand constant attention, but he does enjoy being near his people, going for walks, and taking in everything around him.

Odin has lived in a home before and already knows a few things. He knows how to sit and is crate-trained. He also likes car rides, and he is very happy to be paid in beef sticks. He also loves toys, especially tug, and he's a curious guy who likes to know what's going on.

He can be strong on leash when he first gets going or when he sees other animals, but with steady practice, he started settling in and walking more nicely. He did well meeting a young child and has been curious but polite with new people. Odin is not a match for cats, and any dog friends should come meet him first to make sure it feels right.

Odin has a good heart, a little independence, and a very serious commitment to tug. Come meet him at HSHC!

Not Quite Ready To Adopt?

You can make an immeasurable impact by opening your home and your heart to an animal in need. Fostering is a great opportunity to introduce a pet into your home without making a lifelong commitment. Many of our foster humans end up adopting their fostered animals, but many also choose to just provide the temporary shelter and love our animals need to get through a trying time.
