HSHC offers local businesses the opportunity to partner with us on an annual basis as a Corporate Sponsor. The program is designed to compliment your current advertising and grass roots marketing efforts to help you reach very targeted, affluent, and loyal customers.

Corporate Sponsors receive a robust benefits package each year designed to drive traffic to your store front, expand your reach, and build brand awareness. We will introduce you to our fiercely loyal support base of well over 80K animal lovers focused in primarily Hamilton and Marion County, but still thousands more all over the state of Indiana and across the U.S.

And as we are now moved into our new 40,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility in Fishers, the number of visitors, adopters, volunteers, and more, is going to explode.

    Our Corporate Sponsorship Program has a proven record of driving new business to our sponsors.

    Unlike the single purchase of an expensive print advertisement or radio buy that runs alongside your competitors’, our Corporate Sponsorship Program cuts through all that advertising noise with multiple ways to reach new customers throughout the year.

    Our program provides businesses a multi-layered marketing strategy that:
    • Kicks things off with an official press release and a social media announcement of our partnership and your support of the animals.
    • Reaches a captive audience (over 3,500 adopters) each year with your brochure or special offer in every outgoing adoption packet – a benefit reserved for only Corporate Sponsors.
    • Features your logo in the lobby of our new facility Welcome Center where we expect foot traffic will exceed 100K in 2023.
    • Includes opportunities to reach our support base via HSHC’s social media outlets, website, e-blasts, and marketing events.
    • One adoption, networking, microchipping or other special event (e.g. Yappie Hour,) at your place of business (Does not include cost of microchips). The event is a great way to get traffic into your business! This may change due to COVID restrictions.

    What Makes Us Special

    HSHC supporters are fiercely loyal to our no kill philosophy and mission. As one of very few open admission, truly no kill shelters in the country, we have garnered a following the spans the country. Our unique programs that connect veterans, seniors, and at-risk youth with the healing power of pets has broadened our reach throughout Indiana, and cemented our bond, with animal lovers in our community. HSHC also saves hundreds of animals at risk for euthanasia in other Indiana shelters every year.

    HSHC has taken a leadership role in protecting animals all over the state of Indiana. We are located in Hamilton County and bear its name…but our work has and continues to reach far beyond the county line.

What is the cost?

There is an annual fee of $5,000 to participate in our Corporate Sponsorship Program.

If HSHC could benefit from the products and/or services you provide, there may also be an opportunity to fund all, or part, of the fee in-kind.

What benefits do Corporate Sponsors receive?

  • Your logo prominently displayed in the lobby of our Welcome Center in our new facility with exposure to thousands of visitors yearly.
  • Reach a captive audience of over 3,500 adopters each year with your brochure or special offer included in every outgoing adoption packet – a benefit reserved for only Corporate Sponsors.
  • You will receive multiple opportunities to reach our support base via our website, social media outlets, e-blasts and marketing events.
  • A social media announcement of your partnership with HSHC and your support of the animals we save each year. 
  • Two (2) Facebook posts, which reach over 80K supporters who follow HSHC via social media, featuring your business and/or special content during your 12-month sponsorship period.
  • Your logo is included on our website home page and featured on the Corporate Sponsor page (Your logo may be set up to link to your website or social media – whichever you choose). The HSHC website received 3.7 million page views and 370K+ unique users in 2022.
  • Featured recognition in one HSHC e-blast reaching over 50K of our supporters. Avg. 38% open rate per e-blast in 2022. The national non-profit open rate average is 21.33%.
  • One adoption, networking, microchipping or other special event (e.g. Yappie Hour,) at your place of business (Does not include cost of microchips). The event is a great way to get traffic into your business! 
  • The event will be promoted on social media, our website and a media release as long as content is provided to us at least 2 weeks in advance of the event/e-blast.
  • For our B2B sponsors without a storefront, HSHC will host an event for your employees at your location.
