Meet Buster, a freckle-nosed pup whose whole mission in life is to make you smile. The little spots scattered across his nose are a total heart-melter!
This boy adores his people, and his good mood is impossible not to catch. He likes to lean his whole body into you for pets, flop right over for belly rubs, and on walks he keeps glancing back at you with the sweetest little smile. Almost like he's checking that you're still having as much fun as he is.
He already knows sit, shake, lay down, and stay, he takes treats like a perfect gentleman, and he has a lovely foundation that a training-loving adopter would have a blast building on. His goofier side comes out over a good game of fetch, all springy and bouncy, leaping after the ball and snagging a tossed treat clean out of the air. He rides like a champ in the car, and after a good play session, nothing makes him happier than curling up close for a snuggle.
What Buster dreams of is a calm, easygoing home where he can be the only dog and soak up every bit of the attention. He'd love a securely fenced yard to zoom around in, a family with older kids, and someone who enjoys positive, reward-based training. Not Quite Ready To Adopt?
You can make an immeasurable impact by opening your home and your heart to an animal in need. Fostering is a great opportunity to introduce a pet into your home without making a lifelong commitment. Many of our foster humans end up adopting their fostered animals, but many also choose to just provide the temporary shelter and love our animals need to get through a trying time.
