About RileyMeet & Greet
Riley
Dogs – Yes
Cats – Not for this guy
Kids – Yes
Say hello to Riley, quite possibly the friendliest boy you'll ever meet! He greets everybody like a long-lost best friend, with a tail that wags so hard his whole back end gets in on it.
Riley is a social butterfly who loves just about everyone he meets. He plays great with other dogs, he's done well with kids, and he already has his "sit" down. He's a huge fan of toys, too, and while he'll happily shred a stuffie to bits, he's polite enough to leave the fluff behind instead of gobbling it up. The only ones who didn't win him over were the cats in his last home, so he's after a place without felines, but everybody else is more than welcome.
The thing about Riley is that he just wants to be near his people. Being left alone for long stretches is hard on him, so he'd do best with someone who has shorter days, or who can line up a dog walker or some daycare fun when things get extra busy. With his people close by, Riley is the happiest, most devoted sidekick you could ask for.
Riley landed here through no fault of his own, and he's been waiting so patiently for the right person to come along. If you're ready for a dog who will love you with his whole heart, Riley is ready for you.

Not Quite Ready To Adopt?
You can make an immeasurable impact by opening your home and your heart to an animal in need. Fostering is a great opportunity to introduce a pet into your home without making a lifelong commitment. Many of our foster humans end up adopting their fostered animals, but many also choose to just provide the temporary shelter and love our animals need to get through a trying time.
