Mittens
(Needs a Foster)

Good with dogs: Yes, meet & greet
Good with cats: TBD
Good with kids: Yes
Mittens is a sweet and friendly dog with beautiful brindle markings. This boy is pure love!
He's a smart dog who knows sit, lay down, and roll over. He enjoys showing off his tricks, and he'd like the opportunity to bond with his owner by learning some new ones!
He loves to snuggle up close to you. He adores pets, and he'll lean into you with his whole body to show his appreciation. He'll place his paws in your lap and offer sweet kisses. His love language is belly rubs, and he'll eagerly flop over, politely requesting one from you. He has a playful side as well! He enjoys playing with toys – a game of tug is his favorite.
Although he came in as a stray, he's shown signs of being housebroken. He's gentle when taking treats. He loves going for walks and he's shown us good leash manners with minimal pulling. He's young and a little excitable at times, but he listens well. He can be unsure of himself in unfamiliar surroundings, so a patient and reassuring owner would be ideal.
Come meet Mittens to see all the sweetness you're missing out on! This loving boy is looking forward to lots of quality time with his forever family.

Not Quite Ready To Adopt?
You can make an immeasurable impact by opening your home and your heart to an animal in need. Fostering is a great opportunity to introduce a pet into your home without making a lifelong commitment. Many of our foster humans end up adopting their fostered animals, but many also choose to just provide the temporary shelter and love our animals need to get through a trying time.
