Grimm is a striking black shepherd with a silvering muzzle and a grin that shows up the second his favorite person walks in. At 7, he's past the wild puppy years and settled into the best part of life, all long walks and sunny afternoons with the one person he's chosen as his own.
He warms up to new people slowly. Grimm likes to take his time before he decides you're his, but once he does, that loyalty runs deep and steady, exactly the devotion shepherd people fall so hard for. He's a smart boy who already knows his sit, down, come, and leave it, and he'd be happiest with someone who enjoys keeping up the training and building on what he's got. He's fully housebroken with a spotless record and crate trained too, so a lot of the everyday groundwork is already behind you. Grimm also loves a good car ride, and he holds enthusiastic opinions about pup cups and fast-food burgers.
He'd be over the moon as your one and only, with all the attention and every inch of the couch pointed his way. Come meet Grimm, and fair warning, he may talk you into splitting a burger on the way home!

Not Quite Ready To Adopt?
You can make an immeasurable impact by opening your home and your heart to an animal in need. Fostering is a great opportunity to introduce a pet into your home without making a lifelong commitment. Many of our foster humans end up adopting their fostered animals, but many also choose to just provide the temporary shelter and love our animals need to get through a trying time.
