We're offering a FREE MICROCHIP to the first 10 visitors at our Saturday Safety Microchip Match on June 27th, with discounted microchips offered from 9:00am - 11:00am.

The Woofstock 5K starts at 8AM and lasts till 1PM. We offer FREE ADMISSION to non-racers! Festivities will include food & beverages, games for all ages, face painting, airbrush tattoos, special K9 cop demo, 50/50 raffle & prizes, adoptable dogs, and discounted microchipping for JUST $25!!!

Every day in a kennel feels like forever when you’re a homeless pet. They are confused and don't know why they are here. At our shelter, the average length of stay for dogs is 90 days - that’s 3 long months of waiting, alone. For cats, it’s about 40 days. That’s over a month of stress, loneliness, and longing for a family.

While we are proudly no-kill, safe isn’t the same as home. Shelter life is not a full life, and with intakes rising faster than adoptions, the need for homes is greater than ever.

This Saturday, August 29th, from 12 - 5PM, you can change everything. Adoption fees are only $10 (exclusions apply). 

Come adopt your new best friend this Saturday, clear the shelter, and give these pets the one thing they can’t get here, a family.

Every Family Matters Drag Show is a joyful, family‑friendly celebration of self‑expression, belonging, and love for our LGBTQIA+ community and allies. 🎤🌈

You will find pet-related vendors, activities for dogs and humans including a stuffie-making station, a canine agility course inside of the Agility Arena, adoptable pets in the Humane Society Hut, pet costume contests and more. We will also have food vendors, fun activities, and caricature artists.
