Provide Greta (in Foster)

With a Loving Home

Greta (in Foster)
Size: M
Age: 4 Years
Primary Breed: Terrier, Pit Bull
House Trained: Yes
Altered: Yes
Lived with Animals: No
Gender: Female
Lived with Children: No
Description Greta (in Foster)
Greta's Compatibility:
Dogs – Happy to meet potential dog roommates
Cats – Prefers a feline-free home
Kids – Yes

Greta's foster basically said it best: "She's absolutely perfect." She hasn't had a single accident in the house, doesn't chew things up, and is completely relaxed when her foster leaves for work, no crate needed. She follows the sun to the back porch and just soaks it in. This girl knows how to live.

At bedtime, she dives her head right into you and burrows under the covers like that's exactly where she belongs. Belly rubs, tug of war, car rides… she's in for all of it. She already knows sit, paw, and down, and she's working on stay and come. She walks beautifully on a loose leash, doesn't make a big scene over the dogs next door, and handles baths, the blow dryer, and nail grinding like a total pro.

Greta isn't high maintenance. She isn't complicated. She just wants a sunny spot, a good snuggle at night, and someone to call her own.

She's already saving you a spot under the covers. Come meet Greta today!

Not Quite Ready To Adopt?

You can make an immeasurable impact by opening your home and your heart to an animal in need. Fostering is a great opportunity to introduce a pet into your home without making a lifelong commitment. Many of our foster humans end up adopting their fostered animals, but many also choose to just provide the temporary shelter and love our animals need to get through a trying time.
