Called and spoke w/ Martha – she is not able to find any owner information at this time. She also disclosed that she is not in a position to reclaim. AN explained that HSHC can adopt out the cat, but if she does come across any information in the future, she will let HSHC know.
UPDATE:
Julie Pike P0035334985 (317.376.5871) called HSHC and stated that this cat was her outdoor cat. AN explained what the RTO process including fees.
