Description Paramore (in Foster)
Paramore
To be accurate, my name as it is spelled here refers to an American rock band. If you spell it Paramour, in French it means a secret love interest. Since I am only 1-year-old, I don't know who Paramore is, and I have no secret crushes. But I like the way my name sounds. I was found with my two young kittens by a kind woman at Billericay Park. She brought us to the HSHC on June 3 for safekeeping. My babies were born on April 22, and they have both gone to their forever homes. On 6-15-26, I met with a potential adopter: an adult and two children, ages 3 and 8. I was well-behaved, playful, and sociable. But they didn't take me home. In terms of my health, I had live fleas when I arrived, and I developed an upper respiratory infection in early July. To recover and improve my confidence, I moved into a foster home on July 11, where I've received excellent care. My foster parents (FP) have shared the following information with the interviewer lady (IL). I have my own small, quiet room that has become my comfy sanctuary. After a few days, I was brave enough to sniff their hands and allow a smidge of petting. I am not fond of being held. I have a great appetite and will scarf down wet or dry food! I am quickly learning about treats and how much I like them. I have impeccable litter box skills. I recently began exploring the whole house. They call me a happy-go-lucky girl, as I am playful and have tons of kitten-quality energy. They have a kitty-cam so they can watch me play at night. My zoomies will launch me across the room! And wand toys are so much fun! I am so fun-loving that I think I'd enjoy a similarly behaved cat friend. I am a social gal and not scared of teenagers or strangers. In terms of human touch, I prefer to be the one who initiates. I have let my FPs gently brush me and pick me up for a few seconds. My main interests in life are playing, running around, and chasing toys. I am skilled at giving signals to indicate I need alone time. And my FPs are very good at reading my body language. They concluded their report by saying that I am adorable! They love my sweet little meow and the way I will softly chat with them about my day. My comfort and trust with my FPs has allowed my personality to blossom. If you like what they have to say about me, please consider adopting me! 8-4-26
