Christina has come a long way in foster, and we are so glad she got a break from the stress of shelter life. Shelter life has been hard on her, and while her foster home has helped us see so many good things in her, that setup is only temporary. What she really needs now is a home of her own.

Christina is a loving young dog with a playful side and a cuddly one too. She enjoys tug, chewing on bones, and spending time with the other dog in her foster home. She is also very food motivated, which has made training a great way to connect with her.

Her foster has already seen real progress. Christina has been working on leash walking, house training, and staying a little calmer as the world goes by. She can still be vocal when something catches her attention, and she still has things to learn, but she is making progress.

She has already come so far. Now she just needs the person who will keep going with her.

Important Notice: A “meet and greet” with any existing dogs in your home is required, supervised by our team in our play areas. We encourage bringing your family and current dogs, especially if traveling from afar. Cats are not required for a meet and greet.

Adoption Hours: Daily 12-5PM, closed Wednesdays. No appointment needed, unless the dog or cat is in foster! Apply and then call us at 317-773-4974 to set up a meet and greet with an pet in foster care.

Not Quite Ready To Adopt?

You can make an immeasurable impact by opening your home and your heart to an animal in need. Fostering is a great opportunity to introduce a pet into your home without making a lifelong commitment. Many of our foster humans end up adopting their fostered animals, but many also choose to just provide the temporary shelter and love our animals need to get through a trying time.
