About Prada (at Smitten Kitten)
It seems fitting that I be named after an Italian luxury fashion house, as I am a very beautiful, 1-year-old, 5.7-pound, grey-and-white DSH female cat. The woman who found me near SR 32 and Springmill Road in Westfield brought me to the HSHC. I'm so grateful to her because this shelter takes such good care of homeless animals. I was examined, given vaccinations, treated for fleas, and was even spayed to make sure I don't reproduce. The medical staff noticed that my tail is a bit shorter than usual, with some fur missing at the tip, which makes me special. They told me I am a healthy, petite young lady with a bright future. I was transferred to the Smitten Kitten Cat Cafe (SKCC) on November 18, where I soon settled into a contented routine. I greet visitors slowly and may need a soft approach, but with patience, I will share my gentle nature. I was happy when the interviewer lady (IL) petted my head and rubbed my neck, then I scooted away to look out the window. They have such amazing, big windows at SKCC! You'll see them if you come over to meet me. 12-3-25

Not Quite Ready To Adopt?
You can make an immeasurable impact by opening your home and your heart to an animal in need. Fostering is a great opportunity to introduce a pet into your home without making a lifelong commitment. Many of our foster humans end up adopting their fostered animals, but many also choose to just provide the temporary shelter and love our animals need to get through a trying time.
