Power is a social, affectionate girl who believes cuddling is an important part of daily life. Sit down for a minute and she'll happily scoot over to claim her spot next to you. She's housebroken, comfortable in a crate when her people are away, and already knows helpful things like sit, come, and the word "cookie," which she knows means treats are on the way.

Power previously lived with both dogs and cats and does well with them. She sometimes tries to convince the cats to play, which they don't always appreciate, but she takes the hint and moves along. She's also wonderful with kids.

She enjoys meeting new people and is very friendly with strangers. On walks she can get a little excited about the world around her, which just means she's enthusiastic about getting out and exploring. She's also a champion kiss giver, and licking seems to be one of the ways she comforts herself and shows affection.

Power is a sweet, happy dog who loves attention, enjoys being part of whatever is going on, and is always ready to curl up beside her people at the end of the day. Meet her today!

Important Notice: A “meet and greet” with any existing dogs in your home is required, supervised by our team in our play areas. We encourage bringing your family and current dogs, especially if traveling from afar. Cats are not required for a meet and greet.

Not Quite Ready To Adopt?

You can make an immeasurable impact by opening your home and your heart to an animal in need. Fostering is a great opportunity to introduce a pet into your home without making a lifelong commitment. Many of our foster humans end up adopting their fostered animals, but many also choose to just provide the temporary shelter and love our animals need to get through a trying time.
