Pilot is a big fawn bully with a smile that takes up his whole face, and calling him a squishmallow might be underselling it. He's the softest, most easygoing guy, wagging his way through the day and collecting as many boops as he can.
For such a big boy, he's a real sweetheart about the fussy stuff. He treats bath time like a trip to the spa and was the goodest boy for the volunteer groomers. He takes his treats like a perfect gentleman too, and he'll proudly offer up a paw the second he thinks one might earn him a snack. If that's not cute enough, just wait until you catch him on a walk with a big ol' stuffie in his mouth. Everything this boy does is a little "aw" waiting to happen.
Pilot came to us as a stray, so parts of his story are still a mystery. But his heart isn't hard to read at all. He's ready to be someone's loyal co-pilot for whatever comes next. Come meet this big squishy love at HSHC!

Not Quite Ready To Adopt?
You can make an immeasurable impact by opening your home and your heart to an animal in need. Fostering is a great opportunity to introduce a pet into your home without making a lifelong commitment. Many of our foster humans end up adopting their fostered animals, but many also choose to just provide the temporary shelter and love our animals need to get through a trying time.
