In 2020, canines spent 174 days training one-on-one with trainers at Paws & Play and PetSuites
From a young age, I had rescue dogs. Dogs always deserve a second chance. Kona and Reese were both dogs who deserved a second chance. For whatever reason, their previous homes were not forever homes. Kona and Reese frequently got overlooked because they don’t do well with kids, they are not puppies, or other reasons. So they sit, and sit, and sit, getting to a point where they want to give up hope and shut down. Kona and Reese spent over 1,000 days at the shelter combined. When each of these dogs came home with me, I could immediately tell that they were so happy to find a forever home. While there were some growing pains in the beginning, Reese and Kona have become brothers and are now inseparable. Reese has made great strides with his anxiety and is great boy.
