About Cupid

Dogs – Meet & Greet
Cats – Not the best fit for Cupid
Kids – Yes
Some dogs come to us covered in love. Cupid came covered in wounds, dirt, and ticks.
He was found as a stray with a painful, open injury on his leg, unable to bear weight and barely holding himself up. He flinched at touch, but he still looked for kindness in the eyes of every person he met. And when he realized he was finally safe, he began to melt into the affection he had been missing.
Cupid's leg has healed, though it's still a little itchy. What he's still waiting on is the kind of love that lasts. The kind that promises safety, comfort, and understanding when the world feels overwhelming. He's a sweet, affectionate boy who loves attention and finds joy in playtime with toys. He bonds closely to people and lights up when he feels included. While he can get overwhelmed around other animals, especially cats, Cupid thrives in a calm home where he can be the center of someone's heart.
Cupid will never take your love for granted, and he's ready to give his whole heart to the person who finally chooses him. Please meet him today and let him show you why he's the missing piece you've been waiting for!

Not Quite Ready To Adopt?
You can make an immeasurable impact by opening your home and your heart to an animal in need. Fostering is a great opportunity to introduce a pet into your home without making a lifelong commitment. Many of our foster humans end up adopting their fostered animals, but many also choose to just provide the temporary shelter and love our animals need to get through a trying time.
