Meet Jaxx, a fun-loving, sunbathing superstar who's ready for his next big adventure! Jaxx came to us when his previous owner could no longer care for him, and he's now on the lookout for a forever family. This guy is a fan of chew toys and cheese (his absolute favorite!), and he's already a pro at house training and crate time.
Jaxx would thrive best in a home with kids aged 16 and up. He loves his walks but definitely has some opinions about other dogs passing by! He's more of a solo walker, though he's very treat-motivated and ready to thrive with training to help him stay relaxed. Slow introductions work best for Jaxx, as he can be a bit reserved with new faces, but with a little patience, he'll soon show you his sweet, snuggly side.
If you're looking for a loyal companion who's equally excited for cuddle time and snack time, Jaxx would be thrilled to meet you!

Adoption Fees & Benefits:
Under 1 year: $200
1-4 years: $100
5-9 years: $55
10+ years: $35
Fees include: Heartworm test (age appropriate), vaccinations, flea/tick preventative, complimentary bag of food, wellness exam, and rabies vaccine.
A "meet and greet" with any existing dogs in your home is required, supervised by our team in our play areas. We encourage bringing your family and current pets, especially if traveling from afar.
Adoption Hours: Open daily at 12 PM, except Wednesdays. No appointment needed!

Adoption Hours: Daily 12-5PM, closed Wednesdays. No appointment needed, unless the dog or cat is in foster! Apply and then call us at 317-773-4974 to set up a meet and greet with an pet in foster care.

*The non-refundable hold fee is $40.

Not Quite Ready To Adopt?
You can make an immeasurable impact by opening your home and your heart to an animal in need. Fostering is a great opportunity to introduce a pet into your home without making a lifelong commitment. Many of our foster humans end up adopting their fostered animals, but many also choose to just provide the temporary shelter and love our animals need to get through a trying time.
