Meet Bane, a gentle giant with a heart as big as his 117-pound frame! At 9 years old, Bane is a well-mannered, easygoing guy who has been living in a foster home with children and doing great. He's housebroken and can be left loose in the home without any issues-no destruction, no anxiety, just a chill companion who enjoys his space.
Bane enjoys his daily walks, gets along well with other dogs, and prefers a more relaxed crowd. He knows a handful of commands, including sit, lay down, come here, and stop, and he's eager to please. When Bane is feeling playful, he likes to turn fetch into a game of keep-away!
While his previous family was hoping for a more protective dog, Bane is more of a "love everyone" kind of guy. If you're looking for a big, affectionate companion who will happily keep you company but leave the guard dog duties to someone else, Bane might just be your perfect match!

Adoption Fees & Benefits:
Under 1 year: $200
1-4 years: $100
5-9 years: $55
10+ years: $35
Fees include: Heartworm test (age appropriate), vaccinations, flea/tick preventative, complimentary bag of food, wellness exam, and rabies vaccine.
Important Notice: A "meet and greet" with any existing dogs in your home is required, supervised by our team in our play areas. We encourage bringing your family and current pets, especially if traveling from afar.
Adoption Hours: Open daily at 12 PM, except Wednesdays. No appointment needed!

Adoption Hours: Daily 12-5PM, closed Wednesdays. No appointment needed, unless the dog or cat is in foster! Apply and then call us at 317-773-4974 to set up a meet and greet with an pet in foster care.

*The non-refundable hold fee is $40.

Not Quite Ready To Adopt?
You can make an immeasurable impact by opening your home and your heart to an animal in need. Fostering is a great opportunity to introduce a pet into your home without making a lifelong commitment. Many of our foster humans end up adopting their fostered animals, but many also choose to just provide the temporary shelter and love our animals need to get through a trying time.
