Noblesville, Ind., August 29, 2006 – Nancy Irsay presents
‘Poses with Wet Noses Fashion Show’ fundraiser benefiting
the Humane Society for Hamilton County on Saturday,
September 16th 2006, at the Robert Irsay Pavilion, 1303 West
116th Street (Ditch Road Entrance), Carmel.
“Animals have always been a very important part of my
life” said Nancy. “The purpose of this event is not just to
have fun and raise money for the shelter, it is to create
awareness about adopting older dogs and hard to place breeds
who desperately need homes. These animals are not
disposable.”
The master of ceremonies will be Norm Tabler, a dog lover
and dog owner. For his day job Norm is Senior Vice President
and General Council for Clarion Health Partners.
“Poses with Wet Noses” reception begins 11am with lunch
and a unique style show starting at 11:30am. Included are
both male and females models, two-legged and four-legged,
featuring women’s fall fashions from The Carlyle and Per Se
Fall Collections with Cynde’s Shoes. Three new men’s shoe
lines will also be introduced by Cynde’s Shoes, Ted Baker,
Taryn Rose and Ben Sherman giving the men an opportunity to
show off their feet. Hair and makeup will be provided by DL
Lowry HAIRSPA/Boutique.
“All proceeds raised from this event go to the shelter.
The funds will help us purchase much needed items for the
move to our new facility this October. The contributions
will assist us in obtaining items from office furniture and
medical equipment to cat cages and scales,” said Rebecca
Stevens, executive director for the Humane Society.
Tickets are $40 per person or $320 for a table of eight.
All proceeds will benefit the Humane Society for Hamilton
County. To RSVP call (317) 843-9494 or email
surwill1@aol.com.
Please make checks payable to Humane Society for Hamilton
County and mail them to: Poses with Wet Noses, 1303 W. 116th
Street, Carmel, IN 46032.
HSHC would like to thank Nancy Irsay for organizing the
fundraiser and recognize event supporters Carlyle, Per Se
Collections, Cynde’s Shoes and DL Lowry for providing hair
and makeup services.

placed into permanent, loving homes. The HSHC strives to
promote responsible pet ownership and reduce the suffering
caused by pet overpopulation and animal cruelty by offering
