Offers Fun, Hands-on Experience for Animal-Loving Kids!

Noblesville, Ind., June 9, 2006 – Animal-loving kids can enjoy the dog days of summer with lovable animal buddies and fun games and activities with the Humane Society for Hamilton County.

Kids ages seven to thirteen will hear guest speakers on training dogs, grooming, socialization, enjoy animal related games and crafts and more.

The HSHC recognizes that teaching children to value animals through fun, hands-on activities promotes respect and positive attitudes towards all living beings while establishing a sense of responsibility to make the world a better, more humane place.

One week long session will be July 17-21 for $200 per camper or $50 for a one session, with proceeds benefiting the animals and programs of the private, non-profit agency.  Space is limited, and pre-registration is required.  To register or receive more information, call (317) 219-3324 or visit www.hamiltonhumane.com and click on “Kids & Critters Camp 2006.”  The camp will be located at Pet Product Super Stores in Noblesville.
