New Arrivals
The animals pictured here are new arrivals at the
Humane Society for Hamilton County. They are currently
in their 7 day holding period as required by Hamilton
County law and are not available for adoption. If you
believe one of these pets to be yours, please contact us
immediately at
frontdesk@hamiltonhumane.com or 317.773-4974.
You will be asked to include the ID number pictured with
the pet.
To claim your pet, you will need a picture ID and
proof of ownership such as vaccination records and/or
photos. There is a Return to Owner Fee of $45 and
additional boarding fees of $10/day may be required. We
accept credit and debit cards or cash as a form of
payment.
Again, these pets are NOT currently available
for adoption and we cannot take any adoption hold
requests for these animals. If an animal goes unclaimed,
he or she will be available for adoption after the 7 day
holding period on a first come, first served basis.
