Corporate Team, Group & Individual Fundraising

Help raise desperately needed funds for the homeless and unwanted animals of Hamilton County by collecting pledges for the walk. Whether you walk as an individual, a corporate team, or a group, you can make a significant difference in the lives of the animals who depend on us. Awards will be given to the Top Individual and Top Corporate Team/Group Fundraisers.

Walk As An Individual
Send e-mails to your friends and family asking for pledges.  Log the pledges received on the Pledge Form on the back of this brochure and make copies of the form as needed. The top individual fundraiser will receive some awesome prizes and a trophy.

Corporate Teams & Groups
Do you and your co-workers love animals?  What better way to build employee morale, foster team building, and raise visibility for your company - all while helping out the animals!  Rally your co-workers to build your corporate walking team or even multiple teams within your organization. Marketing and Sales versus IT and Operations...or better yet, you can take on those Executives in the big offices!

Do you belong to an organization looking to do a service project? This is wonderful way for pet ministries, Scout troops, students and service organizations to join together as a team, have a lot of fun, and make a difference in the community.

Sport your team pride in matching t-shirts and pool your fundraising powers to see who will walk away with the Top Corporate Team or Group Fundraising Award.

Teams must be registered by May 16th. Email syoder@hamiltonhumane.com or call 219-3324 to register or for more information.

How Do I Participate With Pledging and Teams?

You can help raise even more money for the animals by collecting pledges from family, friends, neighbors, teachers, and co-workers who may sponsor your participation in the event. You can participate with pledges as an individual, group, or corporate team. Pledges should be for a fixed amount and not based on distance walked. Please submit a check for total pledges raised and make it payable to: HSHC. Pledges and pledge sheets can be mailed to the shelter in advance of the event or you may bring them with you the day of and drop them off at the registration table.

* Please note all attendees must have a concert ticket for admittance. You may purchase one in advance at the Humane Society or at the gate.

All Teams must be registered by May 16th.
To register email: syoder@hamiltonhumane.com or call (317) 219-3324.
